Description Martin Klejch 2008-02-20 23:20:38 UTC
Version: (using KDE 3.5.8)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux

I'd like to have a keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+L would be fine) to edit the location in KDE dialogs. Pressing that shortcut will cause text cursor enter (and select) an entry to edit location. (So the final behavior would be like in e.g. dolphin.)

This is nothing to do with the kdialog application

Possibly best part of kdeui?

Well... In KDE4.2 file dialogs:
You can go to the location bar using Ctrl+L , and Return to change the location and set the focus again in the file list.
Is this enought ?
Thanks :)
