When I add a feed in the config dialog, then close the dialog and reopen it, the added feed (and any other feeds added earlier) appears twice in the list.

I was able to reproduce this issue and now fixed this in KDE's repository. The fix will be in KDE 4.0.2 as well as KDE 4.1.
