Scrolling of pages with annotations is very slow and there are graphics glitches.

Does the "slowlyness" go away if you close the review toolbar?

I had not noted this before... Yes, when I close the review toolbar, the
"slowlyness" disappears.

Some elements of the page are painted two times. See the bottom of the page
showed in the attachment.

I had not noted this before... Yes, when I close the review toolbar, the
"slowlyness" disappears.

About the "slow when the review toolbar is open", it's the same problem as bug #155566: in that case is the information popup, but the reason is the same (even if it does not look like).

About the scolling problem: nVidia video card?

No, It is a ATI radeon mobility 9200.

That issue doesn't occur in the version of okular included in kde 4.1 rc1. Then I close this bug!
