Installed from:    Compiled sources
OS:                Linux

I've installed kde4(and kde4-devel) from openSUSE 10.3 repositories by "one-click-instalatin" and update them to latest version
but then I starting kde4 session(I tryed from root and other users acc) it send me error messege:
"Could not start kstartconfig4. check for your instalation"

Then i trying to run kstartconfig4 from KDE: 3.5.8 "release 22.3" session it send me the next:
"kstartupconfig4: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libQtDBus.so.4: undefined symbol: _ZN14QObjectPrivate15checkWindowRoleEv"

Your installation is broken. If you are sure you have all matching RPMs, then please report to your packager.
