Description christopher v 2008-02-08 15:29:54 UTC
Version: (using Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources
OS: Linux

the panel is in standard KDE 4.0.1 size. Im using the official openSUSE 10.3 packages.

if i open firefox and go to a website with a much text in the title it doesn't show the whole text cause the panel is too small. So the text is in 3 rows but you can just read 2 of them.
if there is more text it should go smaller and if there is much text it should go bigger. instead of staying the same size and sometimes it fits and sometimes it doesn't.

thx

Christopher

i'm not sure how this would look with some text being large and other text being smaller ... or shrinking *all* text so some is unnecessarily tiny ... worth a try though.

p.s. naming a BR after the intended consequences is often better than naming it after the cause when a behaviour change is the end result, since the behaviour change is usually the more generic (though still accurate) item. this lets triage catch dupes easier and developers to know at a glance exactly what needs to be done.
