On the page http://www.kde.org/documentation/ the link "KDE User Guide" is dead.
It points to http://docs.kde.org/development/en/kdebase/userguide/index.html
which gives a blank page.

The bug fields are all wrong, because the wizard does not allow me to choose the correct values, like product=www.kde.org etc
