Version: (using Devel) Installed from: Compiled sources I'm not sure if this problem was always there (but I think so). I have got a vertical xinerama layout with two different screens. On each of these screens I have a panel and added menus etc. to them. Now when I open any plasmoid on the smaller screen, that has a menu, like kickoff, the menu opens at the same position on the other screen. I'll attach a screenshot that shows the problem. At least these three Plasmoids show this problem: - Device notifier - Simple/Classic launcher - Kickoff
http://www.bernd-steinhauser.de/xinerama_wrong_screen.png I marked the area (1280x800) the smaller screen would cover on the bigger screen with a box. The applets on the bigger screen work as expected. It doesn't matter if an applet is part of the panel or if it is a "floating" widget. I didn't yet test if it works when I switch to a horizontal layout, if it could be relevant I will test that.

Tested with a horizontal layout, happens there, too.
Works with a recent SVN revision.
