Description Stefan Van den broeck 2008-01-30 13:33:00 UTC
Version: 0.5.8 (using 3.5.8, Kubuntu (gutsy) 4:3.5.8-0ubuntu3.2)
Compiler: Target: x86_64-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.22-14-generic

When opening some (not all) pdf files and then selecting 'File->Properties' KPDF crashes. Initially the document is displayed correctly. The crash occurs only when viewing the properties. This happens only with a few of my pdf files.

In konqueror, when the mouse hovers over such a file, konqueror crashes as well. Probably this is because konqueror tries to display a pop-up window with the file's properties.

I can open and view the properties with evince. These are the properties that evince displays of one such file that causes kpdf to crash:

I can send a pdf file that will reproduce the crash but I don't know how to attach it to this bug report. Please advice me.

The back trace is below.
Thanks for looking at this.
