Comment 1 Herve Glaize 2008-01-29 02:42:53 UTC
Right after I log on, I get this error message from the program, without having launched any other program: First launch after log on after complete restart of the entire system

Thanks for your help

Un autre processus utilise la base de donnée du système de paquets (sans doute une autre instance d'Adept ou apt-get ou aptitude).

Another process is using System Packet database (probably another instance of Adept, or Apt-get or Aptitude)
Comment 4 Peter Rockai 2008-03-09 14:56:00 UTC
Let's say this is a dupe of some other bugs I have closed yesterday and today. General advice is to run dpkg --configure -a for now (in terminal, as root). In 3.0, this will be addressed more properly.

I'll try this fix.

Thanks
