Hello,

first of all, thank you for this great piece of software.

It's really boring to see how some users abuses msn "ring" feature. I don't want to globally disable them, since they are a very useful feature, when people uses them wisely.

Please add the ability to disable them to specific users, I think the most logical place to put this feature in would be the "custom notifications" user's window.

Hi there, sorry for the bad news, but WLM has been discontinued by Microsoft, so this bug will be closed.
