Version: 2.1 KDE 4.00.80 (using Devel) Installed from: Compiled sources OS: Linux Steps: * Input "ạ", when the cursor is right behind it, it has background color. * Input any space (tab or space), it now has foreground color. * Move the cursor back (or delete the space character) repeats the bug. * Input "ạ e", the same problem happens with e but not ạ * Input "a bạ", a has foreground, bạ background Info: * Height and width aren't too small (88x22) * Encoding in Configuration in Unicode * LANG is en_US.UTF-8 * KDE_LANG is vi.UTF-8 (I think systemsettings set this in Regional&Language) * Characters not on keyboard are input using SCIM and SCIM-m17n * I found 2 adjacent characters: ͺ U+037A GREEK YPOGEGRAMMENI doesn't show the bug, while ͻ U+037B GREEK SMALL REVERSED LUNATE SIGMA SYMBOL does * If U+037B is put right next to ᚹ U+16B9 RUNIC LETTER WUNJO WYNN W, both have foreground color
Can you still reproduce this bug with a recent KDE version? (4.1.3 / 4.2beta2 / 4.2svn) ? Thanks :)
