Description Ted Hansen 2008-01-17 22:43:22 UTC
Version: (using KDE 3.5.8)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS: Linux

This is actually a bug in the bug report wizard.
I am unable to submit a bug report for any application other than the "most common applications" because the bug report wizard will not change to "show all applications" and k9copy is not in the "common applications" list.
k9copy "report bug" under the "help" menu item uses an email method of submitting bugs instead of using the bug report wizard. I get a "Server said No Auth Command has been given" error message when trying to use that method of submission so am trying to submit the bug manually but cannot because of the above.

There is no bug, actually.
The KDE bug tracking tool does -not- handle bug reports for k9copy.
This means the bugs must be reported to the k9copy developers, http://sourceforge.net/projects/k9copy/, including the fact that they should point to their support.

Oh...sorry. I thought all kde apps used this bug tracking system.

Perhaps that is why k9copy bugs are being reported as k3b bugs!

Still...I cannot get the bug report wizard to switch from "show most common applications" to "show all applications"...unless "all applications" is a short list of only about 25 applications which does not include konqueror or k3b.

That is not the problem you reported, please fill a new bug report for that (if not already reported).
Comment 4 Ted Hansen 2008-01-18 00:05:32 UTC
Actually it is...see description above.

However, I will submit it as a new bug report as you request.
