I've many problems with dialog boxes. See screenshots for understand. Sometimes, some dialog boxes refreshes and I can see that contains. I have this problem with Kopete Konqueror kwin and others when a kde dialog box appear (kde4 apps only).

I suppose you use an Intel graphic chipset? I have had the same problem on my MacBook when desktop effects are enabled. Try to disable it. (Some months ago it worked fine on the same MacBook...)
Do you have desktop effects enabled? Which drivers do you use?
Oh, and, does Compiz work?
When I tried it, I didn't activated desktop effect. I just launch the session without any user data configuration (but I seen same bug with desktop effect activated ...) And yes I've intel graphic shipset : 00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Mobile 945GM/GMS, 943/940GML Express Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 03) And NO I don't use compiz, because it hates my Kde session ^^
Not KWin bug if this happens without compositing. Possibly a Qt bug. I suggest trying to reproduce this bug with Qt-only applications outside of KDE.
Without kde* or without kde4 ?
WIthout KDE4 should be sufficient, with without any KDE at all would be better.
I can't reproduce this bug when I'm on my kde3 session.
Can you still reproduce this bug using more recent Qt/KDE versions?
