Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

Typical case: you would like to create new template but it is very similar to the old one. With copy -- I would be able to click on copy,change title, correct content, and click [ok].

Fix Bug 155746 - Add copy function for templates

Now we can duplicate a templates.
Fix duplicate code too.
