I need to select the tabs with left click of the mouse.

Is it possible to select the tabs with the netscroll of the mouse in all apps? (Like as System Settings's tabs, with netscroll's up & down).

...like GTK+ apps tabs.

I am at KDE 4.2 RC and this wish is not implemented. Reopening...
