Description Phaello Ntsonyane 2008-01-13 01:40:42 UTC
Version: KDE 4.00 (using KDE KDE 4.0.0)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages
Compiler: Ubuntu 7.10
OS: Linux

I was changing the screen resolution from a high one to a low one, the desktop froze, I switched the reset button and the restarted the computer, when I login again the taskbar could not be seen, I have tried several times to run the configurations of the task bar - using right click which gives me an option to run command. Of course I can even start the applications in this manner, but i cannot manage to bring back the taskbar. The windows when maximized cover the whole area including where the taskbar was supposed to be.

Hi Phaello and Ivan,

is anybody of you still able to reproduce the crash with a recent KDE4-version?
Comment 3 Sebastian Sauer 2008-06-24 09:37:47 UTC
