On KDE4, I can't tune everything on the kicker task bar. I can put apps launcher from the suse menu but I can't had anything by rigt clic, I can't configure kicker too.

maybe they aren't really dupe, but i would say that #155511, #155503 and #152696 are strictly correlated

Adding applets to the panel can be done by dragging them from the "add widgets" dialog and dropping them onto the panel. The rest is pretty much covered by bug #154119 and bug #152696.
