Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.8) Installed from: SuSE RPMs Let's say i save file from konq, name is already suggested, A for example, then I click on the file B and the A name is replaced by B. But if this was a mistake I would like to get it back -- so I press ctrl+z in edit box but it does not work.
"UNDO" on text boxes works only during keyboard typing.
a) not true -- it works (in general) while editing b) of course I am editing this edit box and it has focus (if this is what you meant) so any change made to the content is an edit action and it should be possible to undo it (thus it is a bug, did you change the status?)
PS. ad.a) if you do not believe me try using mouse to edit content -- drag&drop, paste something, those are edit actions and all of them are properly "undoable"
Hi, kdelibs (version 4 and earlier) is no longer maintained since a few years. KDE Frameworks 5 or 6 might already have implemented this wish. If not, please re-open against the matching framework if feasible or against the application that shows the issue. We then can still dispatch it to the right Bugzilla product or component.
