Other browsers (Firefox 2.0.0.11, 3b2) display the page just fine.
Confirmed in Konqueror 3.5.8. Confirmed even in Konqueror: 4.00.80 (KDE 4.0.80 >= 20080104)

no longer relevant, I think Konqueror is history now and people use Chromium, Firefox or Brave browser
