Description Roland Kuhl 2007-12-22 11:55:44 UTC
Version: 0.9.2 final (using KDE KDE 3.5.7)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

when using the auto rename function while transferring pictures from the camera to the computer, digikam adds 5 zeros before adding a number.

Example: image8823.jpg is renamed to christmas-000001.jpg

In previous version, only 2-3 zeros where added before the actual number. That was better.

Best would be an option to choose how many digits should be added.

Thanks for the great work and a wonderfull christmas!

With ManualRenameWidget, no... in all the other cases, yes :-)
maybe we should redesign this whole custom rename sidebar.

Custom rename is gone now, I will close this bug.
All the issues described in here can be fixed by using the AdvancedRename utility.
