Description Ben Aceler 2007-12-21 11:17:20 UTC
Version: 1.9.6 (enterprise 0.20070907.709405) (using KDE 3.5.8, Kubuntu (gutsy) 4:3.5.8-0ubuntu3.1)
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.22-14-generic

Usually kmail answers with the same _email address_ as the incoming message. I have several profiles with several names, but the same addresses - for example in two languages, like "My english name <a@company.net>" and "Имя по-русски <a@company.net>. Kmail substitute a first profile to every letter incoming to a@company.net, regardless it english or not.

It is not the same bug. That bug describes the different email addresses, this bug related to the SAME email address, but different idenities.

Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report.

KMail2 was released in 2011, and the entire code base went through significant changes. We are currently in the process of porting to Qt5 and KF5. It is unlikely that these bugs are still valid in KMail2.

We welcome you to try out KMail 2 with the KDE 4.14 release and give your feedback.
