Description Sam 2007-12-20 20:07:43 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.97.0)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

When i click on send e-mail an error appears that tells that it can't write to socket.
My Kde 3.5 Version of Kmail works perfekt.

That should only happen for email > 12kb. It is a problem with TCPSlaveBase in kdelibs.
It is already fixed with the kdelibs version from branches/newssl, which will be merged to trunk eventually.

If you still reproduce with the newssl branch, please reopen.

It happens for emails < 12kb too.
Tried to send an e-mail with just 3 Letters and it doesn't work.
But I'll try it again with the new kdelibs version.
