Version: (using KDE Devel) Installed from: Compiled sources OS: Linux The title explains it all. Using nvidia 100.14.19 with a 7900 GS
> The title explains it all. well, almost all. it doesn't explain what the corruption is. a screenshot would be lovely, though i'm betting it's a composite+nvidia bug. it works here, btw.
Created attachment 22620 [details] screenshot of corruption OK - A picture explains a thousand words... :) I agree its probably a driver bug, but at least you know now.
same thing here also with the binary nvidia driver but only when opengl compositing is enabled (although xrender and no compositing don't alpha blend the windows)
this is probably the bug nvidia just fixed last week (because of plasma, no less =) ... at least it looks much like one of the other artifacts that was commonly seen. try with their next driver update.
You are right :) = It is fixed with the 169.04 beta drivers
