Description Thomas Zander 2007-12-13 12:10:57 UTC
Version: (using KDE Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources

Drag your mouse over the bookmark menu items and a cool feature we had in kde3 is missing in trunk.
It used to show the location in the statusbar.

It is still missing in KDE 4.1.3 - will it be back in KDE 4.2? I think it is very important to see the URL of the bookmarks in the status bar! Same goes for the bookmarks and history entries in the sidebar, their address should be shown in the status when when hovering over the entry.

SVN commit 1048549 by dfaure:

Another porting bug: show the bookmark url in the statusbar when the mouse is over the menu item, like in kde3.
Fixed for: 4.3.4
BUG: 153960
