Description Elián Hanisch 2007-12-07 00:35:31 UTC
Version: 1.6.3 (using KDE 3.5.8, Kubuntu (gutsy) 4:3.5.8-0ubuntu3.1)
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.22-14-generic

how to reproduce
1 - create a new document
2 - split view
3 - activate any view (I do this by painting in one)
4 - move the mouse cursor over the other view and hit the space key (for switch to the pan tool)
5 - krita crashes

I'm not sure if this is related, but I noticed that when you split views all the tool shortcuts don't work, this is even after you removed all the views.

I can confirm this in 1.6.
For the development version, just splitting make krita crashes currently :/
Comment 2 Elián Hanisch 2008-10-26 18:41:07 UTC
unable to test, splitting still crashes in krita2 beta2

Damn... Splitting and removing views causes all kinds of weird problems with the dockers, the statusbar and so on.
Comment 4 Sven Langkamp 2009-02-11 02:10:21 UTC
Split view is turned of in 2.0
Comment 5 Sven Langkamp 2009-05-31 00:27:39 UTC
Is this reproducable in trunk?
Comment 6 Elián Hanisch 2009-05-31 21:11:44 UTC
the spacebar for switch to the pan tool doesn't seem to work, but I had the crash when switching to the colorpicker, and I can't reproduce

I'm closing.
