Description D. V. Wiebe 2007-11-29 21:12:02 UTC
Version: 1.5.0 (using KDE KDE 3.5.8)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
Compiler: gcc (GCC) 4.1.2
OS: Linux

It would be really nice to have multiple copies of the Edit Data Object dialogues open at the same time. With the current behaviour, attempting to open, say, a Edit Equation dialogue while one is already open causes the new Edit Equation dialogue to replace the old one. While this does keep the desktop tidy, it makes it very frustrating to compare the contents of one data object with another.

Its open to debate whether this is a step forward or sideways. Either way its beyond the scope of 1.6 - but could be addressed later.
