Version:           1.2.50 (using KDE KDE 3.96.0)
Installed from:    Gentoo Packages
Compiler:          gcc (GCC) 4.1.1 (Gentoo 4.1.1-r3) 
OS:                Irix

When Akregator is freshly started, the button to close the tabs is not disabled out. Once you click it, Akregator crashes. If you do not click it but open an article on a tab and then close that tab, the tab button is grey-ed out and you can't click it t close the last tab. It is a minor issues but I accidentally ran into it and so I decided to report it.
I updated Akregator from snv just minutes before I discovered this.

Sorry, the OS was Gentoo GNU/Linux and not Irix...

SVN commit 741434 by osterfeld:

intially disable close button (works around a known Qt problem not emitting currentChanged when the first tab is added)
