Description Michael Schuerig 2007-11-17 17:21:35 UTC
Version: 1.2.8 (using KDE 3.5.8, Debian Package 4:3.5.8.dfsg.1-4 (lenny/sid))
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.22-3-686

When I stumble upon something interesting in a blog I tend to subscribe to its feed. Over time this adds up to a considerable number of subscriptions and I'd like Akregator to help me cut down on this number.

A few features that might help are:

- When subscribing to a feed, allow to set it on probation and ask me after a specifiable time if I want to keep the subscription.

- Point out feeds that I don't actually read, only "mark as read".

- Point out feeds that haven't been updated in some time.

Help with tracking comments on a feed entry would also be most welcome. This might take the form of subscribing (temporarily) to the comment feed for an article.

What you are asking is some sort of "trends" page. Like http://www.google.com/reader/view/#trends-page , it is quite useful and it would be nice to have it also in Akregator.
