Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.8) Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages OS: Linux hi, when i record an action and, at the right time it appears, if i want to defer it after, it doesn't appear anymore; i do an example to explain better the problem. if i set an action at 8:00, at 8:00 the action happens, in the previous version of the program (surely until ver. 1.4.12, the version in debian testing), when i clicked on "defer" i could defer the action at another time, now (with version 1.4.14 and 1.9.9beta), if i click "defer" for 5 minutes, the action does not happen at 8:05. i verified this behaviour on ubuntu "gutsy gibbon" (ver. 1.4.14) and on debian testing with kalarm version 1.9.9beta (downloaded from repository http://www.astrojar.org.uk/debian/beta). thanks for you attention (sorry for my english, i'm italian).
Hi, i did another test, on archlinux with kalarm ver. 1.4.17 and the bug(?) is there too. When i do the "defer" action, when it's deferred-time i have on stderr: kalarm: ERROR: MessageWin::alarmShowing(): event ID not found: KAlarm-2018634159.238 where "KAlarm-2018634159.238" IS in calendar.ics and it's my deferred action.
This is now fixed for KDE 3.5 and KDE 4 (SVN commits 738322 and 738320). New versions containing the fix will be issued very soon (hopefully today or tomorrow) on the KAlarm website. Thanks for reporting the bug.
