Description Sumit Madan 2007-11-02 12:35:06 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.8)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

Hello,

it would be nice to have a command history browser for each tab. This browser can list the last executed bash (etc.) commands. A double click (or drag and drop) on one or more commands can execute the choosen commands on the current tab. A load and save function for the command history browser will be nice too.

What do you think about it?

greets,
  Sumit

Hi Sumit,

This is something which needs to happen at the shell level - ie. bash or one of its replacements such as fish.

You might be interested in Hotwire which provides a combination of shell and graphical UI which has a better command history display.

Regards,
Robert.

Resolved as invalid since it applies to the shell rather than the terminal emulator.
