Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.8) Composer before putting mail into queue validates the mail -- if something is not correct composer refuses to process such mail. And user cannot do anything about this. There should be option to force sending. Reasons: a) KMail as any software in the world can contain (and does contain) bugs -- also in validating functions b) KMail is not a mail server, so the last word should belong to mail server not KMail -- in other words any mail client should not try to be smarter than server c) user can see some reason/have some additional purposes, to send such mail d) validating mail should be a help not a limit what user can/cannot do
what types of errors? Only the one of bug #151679 or even others?
Finex, this is recursive link. Example: "incorrect" e-mail address. All "stop on error" behaviour (while queue) should be changed to "warn on error".
