When multiple tabs are open, and one the tabs are closed, focus should move to the previously opened tab. Right now, it goes to the tab that directly precedes/succeeds it, which is not consistent with Konqueror behavior.

I just fixed one. Currently it behaves just like Konqueror's tab-handling (when "move to last used tab" setting is not used, though).
