Version: 0.1.5 (using KDE KDE 3.5.6) Installed from: Mandriva RPMs Compiler: gcc 4.1.2-1mdv2007.1 OS: Linux I am using the kipi-plugins 0.1.5 with digikam 0.9.3beta1, all compiled from source. I tried the Picasaweb uploader, and it prompts for a login url and password. The upload dialog appears, and apparently my Picasaweb album has been accessed, as the names of the web albums are present in the dialog. The selected file (I just selected one), is present in the dialog, and when I click "Start uploading", the progress bar window appears, the kde animated wait cursor appears, then the normal cursor reappears, and nothing happens for an unreasonably long time. The behaviour is consistent, I tried it several times at different times and days. I tried it wit and without selecting the resizing option. Always nothing happens, and the CPU is not busy. I can click cancel to get out, but uploading just does not happen. There are no message boxes appearing, or other indications of problems with the upload, AFAIK.
I confirm this bug. The way to omit this problem is to prepare new album in picasa web interface. The album name cannot contain any spaces. In case some album names contain spaces the plugin cannot fetch album names from serwer (the "Not feteched" info is displaed in the album names list instead of actual names).
Mandriva 2008.1 digikam 9.3 libkipi 0.1.5 i confirm the pb i am unable to upload any photo to an already created and empty album
