Version: Egroupware 1.4001 (using KDE KDE 3.5.7) Installed from: I Don't Know OS: Linux For few days I was reviewing bugs about egroupware-KOrganizer synchronization. Today I discovered that KDE groupware wizard still is based on XML-rpc connection. That's good for addresses, but for events and tasks much better is icalsrv sync engine, it works like remote calender resource of KOrganizer. More info about Xml-rpc change: Bug 134696 comment 10: http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=134696#c10 eGroupWare icalsrv description http://www.xs4all.nl/~jvl/software/egroupware/icalsrv/html/pageicalsrvclients.html
The current recommendation from EGroupware is to use GroupDAV. It's the only actively developed access method to EGroupware supported by KDE! Ralf
