Version: 1.0.3 (using KDE KDE 3.5.8) Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages OS: Linux Arthur Marsh <arthur.marsh@internode.on.net> reported the following problem on the Debian tracker (http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=446196): When attempting a burn with verify, k3b locks up when attempting to read the just written cd-r. k3b can't be killed and the cd-r can only be ejected by a ping in the manual eject hole or a reboot. CD-RW drive is a Mitsumi 4802. Kernel: Linux 2.6.23-rc5 (SMP w/1 CPU core; PREEMPT)
I'm also having this issue: OS: Linux 2.6.22.5-31-default x86_64 System: openSUSE 10.3 (x86_64) KDE: 3.5.7 "release 72.6" k3b 1.0.4, Sony DVD-RW single layer, LG GSA-H30N To reproduce: burn single file to DVD-RW choosing to verify: after burning (successful, checked manually by md5sum) disc is ejected then k3b hangs.
