I added some nicknames to my contacts in Kaddressbook (e.g. with my dad's name I stored his nickname as "daddy"), in summary page there are 2 reminders for the same birthday: the first says my dad's name, the second his nickname.
The one with his nickname comes from the korganizer resource with all the birthdays.
Wouldn't it be better if there was only one reminder for one birthday?
I hope of having been clear.

It is not related to the nickname. It depends by the settings of kontact. Just configure the summary page for doesn't display the birthday from kaddressbook.
