Description Jack 2007-10-03 05:55:26 UTC
Version: 1.9.7 (using KDE 3.5.7-21.fc7 Fedora, Fedora release 7 (Moonshine))
Compiler: Target: i386-redhat-linux
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.22.9-91.fc7

I tried many different fonts, different font size. The results are same. Every time I was using the Kmail to read Chinese emails. Especially the emails from WSJ.com. I could only read the part of the message. Not every word displayed correctly. The others are only some squares. But it didn't happen in the other email client.

Do you still have the problem with KDE 4.3.1 ?
If so, please attach such a mail here for further analysis.

Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this version of Kmail has been unmaintained for many years so I am closing this bug. Please try using the latest version of Kmail to see if your issue persists. If it does, please submit a new bug in "kmail2". Thank you!
