Description Binny V A 2007-10-02 09:40:53 UTC
Version: 1.4.6 (using KDE 3.5.7-9.fc7 Fedora, Fedora release 7 (Moonshine))
Compiler: Target: i386-redhat-linux
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.21-1.3194.fc7

Amarok has a feature called ‘Resume playback on start’ - if it is enabled, amaroK will automatically start playing the last played song on startup. The problem is that the song don’t begin at the beginning - it start from the point at which we quit last time. If you quit amaroK at the middle of a song, the next time you start amaroK, it will automatically start playing from the beginning of that song.

This is a very useful feature - I have it enabled. However, I want the song to start from the beginning. On option for that perhaps?

"The problem is that the song don’t begin at the beginning - it start from the point at which we quit last time."
and

seem wuite contradictory :)

No, we can't have an option for this. And starting the song again from the beginning is annoying.

perhaps i'd take you more seriously if you didn't blog spam.

Sorry about that - would not happen again.
