Description Silver Salonen 2007-09-25 12:23:58 UTC
Version: 1.4.7 (using KDE KDE 3.5.7)
Installed from: FreeBSD Ports

I often correct tags of tracks in my playlist (I use smart/dynamic playlist). If I select multiple tracks (while one of them is currently playing), edit them one-by-one and then save changes, Amarok just advances to next track, and if its tags were changed too, it skips this track and goes to next one etc. If I edit ONLY currently playing track's tags, Amarok keeps playing it.

Amarok sat on version 1.4.5 quite long in FreeBSD ports, but I had this problem in that version too.

I can confirm this bug. I use Amarok 1.4.7 on KDE 3.5.7, openSUSE 10.3.

If I queue a few tracks and edit the currently playing one, Amarok will skip playing to the next track: Let's say I queue some songs: A, B, C. Let's say A is currently playing. I right click on it and choose "Edit Track Information". I modify something and click on "Save & Close". In that exact moment, Amarok skips playing to track B.

I can confirm this bug as well. Amarok 1.4.7 on KDE 3.5.8, Ubuntu 7.10.

Same experience as #1, not while using dynamic/smart playlists, though.

Does this still happen in Amarok 1.4.9.1?
Comment 4 Tim Rørstrøm 2008-06-18 22:46:05 UTC
It does not, the bug should be marked as resolved.

Thank you :)
