Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.7) Installed from: Gentoo Packages In Firefox I'm used to use the dictionary to check text area forms and I can switch from one language to another without problems. When I come to konqueror and I change the language I get this dialog "You have to restart the dialog for changes to take effect". It's not always possible to reload the page as several forms have URLs that can't be refreshed. The language change should take effect immediately. Another issue related to this one: by right mouse clicking in a text area and selecting "Check spelling" the dialog is cut at the bottom and I must always resize it, which is quite annoying. The window should fit the contents, its size seems hardcoded instead. See screenshot here: how the dialog is shown by default: http://tinyurl.com/349ln2 how the dialog should be, instead: http://tinyurl.com/2nqmps
I think that the issue of "restarting the dialog" is not a real issue, I mean the dialog could be avoided. I've seen that there is nothing to be restarted for the changes to take affect. The dialog message is misleading. About the window/dialog dimension/resize: it's a bug that (I hope) could be easily corrected. As well as the dialog message. Simply remove it: it's useless.
Closing since this is not a bug (and pretty old).
