Starting Kopete uses all hdd recources and using other programs is nearly impossible at this time.
Same problem when i send messages, the hdd works at full load and my mouse and other applications freeze a few seconds.

The other problem is when my hdd is working and i try to start Kopete, it nees up to two or three minutes until its full loaded.

if you are using the statistics plugin turn it off. If turning off the statistics plugins doesn't make the problem go away, turn off the history plugin and see if that solves the problem. Please let us know if turning off one of those plugins keeps the disk from being used all the time.

Waiting for the additional information we need in order to classify and fix this bug. Please reopen the bug when you can provide more information about how kopete performs after disabling either the history or statistics plugin. Thanks.
