Installed from:    Unlisted Binary Package
OS:                Linux

After creating a global kmailrc file, and setting up proper accounts, kmail still allows other accounts to be added.  It would be beneficial to be able to restrict the accounts page entirely.

I think it will a good idea.
Will look at if for 4.10
