Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

I don't know the reason, purpose, I don't know how to reproduce it. All I know that when I for example switch from KDevelop to Konsole and back there is this progress bar.

PS. It should be a wish, not a bug, sorry -- the wish is of course: make it not so mysterious, add info what is going on.

IIRC, for C++ projects, we only show progress bars for parsing the C++ files, so I suspect its for that, still I also don't really know which of the 2 bars that happen to appear when importing a C++ project means what.

From time to time it also kicks in while writing code -- then it is annoying since I am focused on the code, and all of the sudden I get this animation which distracts me.

the progress bar is a lot less intrusive in kdevelop4 and eventually will be replaced by just some animated icon or similar.
