Description Frank Sagurna 2007-06-22 23:10:27 UTC
Version: 1.4.6 (using KDE KDE 3.5.7)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux

I would like the crossfader to be more configurable, because there are many songs that are faded out for themselves.
I as an example like a fade characteristic, that fades out like this with a duration of about 10-14 seconds (I try in ASCII art):

------------------------- ***********************
                         - *********
                       *********
              ********* -
     ********* -
***** -----------------------------------

If the overall charachteristic would be configurabel (i.e. like ascent of fadin and fadeout) it would be the nicest.
With the actual system the fades often dont fit to songs that start yuite or end quite.

We don't intend on providing such granularity for cross-fading - we are steering clear of the "DJ mixing" functionality.
