In Gwenview, go to Settings->Gwenview Configuration. The icon for the Slideshow settings is unavailable in all icon themes that I have researched.

In src/app/configdialog.cpp (line 140), the following line points to the icon named slideshow.

        d->mSlideShowPage = addConfigPage<ConfigSlideshowPage>(
                this, i18n("SlideShow"), i18n("SlideShow"), "slideshow");

I was unable to locate an icon with such name in nuvox, oxygen, crystalsvg, and a few of the icon themes offered on KDE-Look.

Hm... I can't find that code anymore. I hope I already changed it to "view-presentation" which is the appropriate KDE 4 icon for that purpose, or maybe it has all been restructured and doesn't exist in this form anymore.
