This problem have been already reported in this room.

Please update Exiv2 at least to 0.13 release.

Thanks for the help. 
The problem has been solved as follows: 
at the moment of a writing bug-report in system following libraries have been installed:
libexiv2-0    0.14-1 
libexiv2-0.10   0.10-1.4 
libexiv2-0.12   0.12-1 

Have been removed libexiv2-0.10,libexiv2-0.12  and it is updated digikam up to the version digikam 2:0.9.2~beta3-1

Not reproducible with digiKam 7.3.0 and Exiv2 0.27.4
