Description Tomer Shalev 2007-06-10 16:54:19 UTC
Version:           1.6.6 (using KDE 3.5.7, Debian Package 4:3.5.7.dfsg.1-1 (lenny/sid))
Compiler:          Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.18.3-Jungo-5

* Consider Konsole is opened with opened tabs, "Shell No. 1" to "Shell No. 5".
* "Shell No. 2" runs 'sleep 5 ; exit'
* Active tab is "Shell No. 4".

Expected behavior:
* "Shell No. 2" closes after 5 seconds.
* "Shell No. 4" is still the active tab.

Actual behavior:
* "Shell No. 2" closes after 5 seconds.
* "Shell No. 4" gets to be in the background.
* "Shell No. 5" gets to be the active tab

Confirmed. Also occurred in KDE 4 ( fixed by commit #674139 ), still open for KDE 3.
Comment 2 Kurt Hindenburg 2009-03-08 16:16:45 UTC
KDE3 is not maintained at this point. And it appears fixed in KDE4 from #1
