The ideia is to be able to execute a program and have it's output in a kalarm popup.
my example use case is to execute /usr/sbin/fortune -a every workday at 10 and have its output in a normal popup like the text alarms.

This will be implemented when time permits.

This has now been implemented for KAlarm in KDE 4. The option will also be included in KAlarm 1.9.9 beta for KDE 3 which will be available from the KAlarm website http://www.astrojar.org.uk/kalarm sometime soon.
