Version:           2.1.0 (using KDE KDE 3.5.7)
Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS:                Linux

Add kweather to the panel, and configure the panel to be transparent. Then if someone has the desktop configured to change the background automatically, kweather doesn't update it's transparency, and it's background stays with the first background.
