Cannot reproduce this bug using korganizer Version 3.5.6 (enterprise 20070904.708012) from OpenSUSE 10.3 repositories.
kmail freezes again when it has the free busy message in the sent-mail and in the inbox directory and if you click on one of these messages. Only removing those messages externally makes kmail operational again. I guess that the file name is missing the correct attribute to be interpreted correctly but this is only a guess.
The version I am talking about: Qt: 4.4.3 KDE: 4.1.3 (KDE 4.1.3) "release 63.3" KOrganizer: 4.1.0 on Linux 2.6.25.18-0.2-pae i686 openSUSE 11.0 (i586)
